Nepal Rugs and Carpets (NRAC), LLC respects your privacy and safeguards the personal information that you provide us when you register with us. When you register with NRAC we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, country of origin, PO Box No. or zip code, occupation, organization etc.
NRAC also collects information about your transactions with us, including information about your use of any financial products and services that we may offer.
NRAC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or with nonaffiliated companies except when needed to provide the products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners and the company  who work on behalf of, or with, NRAC under our confidentiality agreements. You may edit your NRAC account information at any time. Users who receive marketing communications from NRAC can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
NRAC reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to the NRAC services, such as service announcements and administrative messages without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. 
NRAC limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe have a reasonable need for that information to provide products or services to you or in order to perform their jobs. 
NRAC may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the address specified by you or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
