Acceptance of Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (TOS) must be agreed to and abided by for use of Nepal Rugs and Carpets (NRAC), LLC's services. Please be aware that NRAC reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without notice. In addition, the use of NRAC's service (s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to NRAC's TOS.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Nepal Rugs and Carpets, LLC is a New Jersey, USA-based Nepalese & Tibetan rug company which has its own factory in Bhaktapur, Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. Our parent company, Lanku Galaicha Udhyog (LGU) (aka Lanku Rug Industries Pvt. Ltd) has been producing fine quality rugs & carpets since 1981. We are one of Nepal's leading carpet manufacturers, famous for our high quality Nepalese and Tibetan wool, silk and hemp carpets (rugs).

PAYMENT & FAILURE TO PAY
Establishment of the service is dependent upon receipt of payment of stated charges by NRAC. NRAC may temporarily deny or terminate service upon the failure of the customer to pay the charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges and any collection fees.

APPLICABLE LAW 
This TOS is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Nepal.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS FOR REGISTRATION
In consideration of your use of the service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States, and  Nepal or other applicable jurisdiction. 
You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration.
